The Health Foundation is developing solutions to shape a future healthcare system that offers safe, effective and responsive care for all. The health Foundation supports people and services to improve care across the UK and commission research into healthcare quality and safety by international experts. They hope that the outcome of the NHS Next Stage Review will be a healthcare system that:

Promotes patients as active partners Builds system capability Develops and focuses leadership on quality Measures to improve care
