GP Practices trial new Primary Care Service Desk
Problems with computers at GP practices can cause disruption to patients, and hours of staff time taken up trying to resolve IT issues.
But a new national Primary Care Service Desk will offer ‘one stop shop’ support for resolving IT queries. Four GP practices are currently trying out the service including the Gray Hill Surgery in Caldicot, a large semi rural training practice, four miles from the Severn Bridge in South Wales.
